Sláine: Kiss My Axe! ist ein Tabletop-Miniaturenspiel für zwei oder mehr Spieler, das in der von den legendären Comic-Schöpfern Pat Mills und Angela Kincaid geschaffenen Fantasy-Welt spielt. Äxte und Schwerter prallen aufeinander, während Erd- und Sauermagie das Land der Jungen überziehen, während die Erdstämme der Göttin Danu gegen die verfallenden Drune Lords und die unerbittlichen Fomorian Sea Demons kämpfen.
In Sláine übernehmen die Spieler die Kontrolle über eine kleine Gruppe von Kriegern der Erdstämme, der Drune oder der Fomorianer, die in den nebelumhüllten Ländern von Tir Nan Og und darüber hinaus um Ruhm und Überleben kämpfen.
